[/quote] Butter, pesto, shredded cheese, fruit for smoothies, lots of things are useful to have stowed. I only make it to costco 1 per month so I love these ideas. I buy blocks of cheese then shred and freeze. One time I had the most random selection of cheeses (gouda, gruyere, manchego) and I shredded and threw in a bag. When I had time to make mac and cheese, it was phenomenal. [/quote]
