[/quote] This probably plays into it, but I don't have the sense that many boys leave until U15, when there is apparently a major drop in the quality of coaching and in general organization. We were told that they were trying to fix the high school age groups, but some parents and kids we know at that level have said nothing has changed. Overall we have been happy with the younger age groups, and we hear great things about U13/14. I don't look forward to a longer commute for another club by 8th or 9th grade. I don't know anything about the girls' side so can't comment.
