[/quote] If you want to own the car a long time without risking expensive issues then I'd look at the Lexus GX or Toyota Highlander. I would say MDX too but my understanding is they've had transmission issues. I have nothing against European cars (I have a "DCUM favorite" myself) but you do have to pay to play. Either 1) lease, 2) buy CPO (which isn't much cheaper than leasing), or 3) buy older and set money aside for all the stupid stuff that breaks and costs a lot to fix.[/quote]
