I mean, it's not like Washington DC is in the boonies...I'm surprised you can't find an acceptable orthodontist within a couple hours (so that even includes other metropolitan areas like Baltimore and Philadelphia--heck even NYC is less than 7 hours drive!) that can handle your extremely unusual situation. 7 hours drive is.... Columbus OH? Charlotte, NC? Huntington, WV?[/quote]
