County revenues from County income, real property & recordation taxes have been basically flat for over 10 years, meaning no growth.  Average employee salary adjustments have been 5.57% for Montgomery and 2.41% for Fairfax since 2010.  Average inflation rate has been less than 2% since 2010.  The attitude of its leaders in Rockville and Annapolis is awful.  Nobody can say no.  Montgomery wants more money, constantly.
