I would imagine they could test the prolactin levels and go from there?! My RE was acting like weaning was no big deal when he met the baby at 6/7 months. We had barely started solids! FWIW, my cycles have returned and are somehow text book 28-29 days with signs of ovulation (CM, etc.) so I guess we'll just try in the meantime. I know it is rare but fertility reversals do happen.
