He never required  medication or official (iep, 504)accommodations and did amazing in elementary school in an advanced academic program. I'm talking about forgotten assignments, has no clue tests when tests are coming up, hard time focusing in certain classes, etc.  It is time for a new evaluation to explore with professionals what our options are to help him continue to succeed.  I reached out to Children's but the wait is 9 months!  That is too much for us.  Could someone recommend a comprehensive center that specializes in children neuropsychology that evaluated and treats ADHD (possible medications)?  Ideally it would be in Northern VA since Children's was a bit far for us.
