I'm all about the epidural and after being in labor for 30+ hours upbeat music gave me the energy needed for 2 hours of pushing at 4AM. I remember loathing my husband for letting a john denver song come on, feeling very awkward in a dmx song that uses the N word a lot came up, and actually delivered my baby to a great song. I very much remember the music and needed it to get through the workout that is pushing.[/quote]
