Most commonly known independent events are coin tosses. Just because you toss six times and get tail on all six times doesn't change the odd of you getting head in the 7th toss. The chance of getting one head is higher in 7 tosses than 1 toss. Same is IVF. Your chance definitely improves after every additional cycle, but it's never 100% so you will never be sure how many cycles you will get pregnant. [/quote]
