All DCPS schools with boundaries (so not CHML, SWS, Height, or Excel) give inbounds preference for PK. But only certain schools are early action schools, which guarantee that an inbounds student who lists the school among their PK lottery picks will either get in there or a school they ranked higher. If commute and continuity are important, I'd go with Maury first. Other rankings depend on whether you'd stay at any of the schools (like SWS) for K and above, or if you'd switch to Maury.[/quote]
