PP is asking about Clarksburg. There is no part of the Clarksburg area that is close to Kentlands or the Washingtonian Center.

Also, the Clarksburg schools are not "mostly Asian". Clarksburg ES Asian-American 38%, Little Bennett ES 29%, 44%, Cedar Grove ES 39%, William Gibbs ES 28%.

PP, currently what there is in Clarksburg is residential areas and one shopping center in Clarksburg Village. Eventually there is supposed to be more stuff. But if you want to be close to stuff right now, Germantown is the better idea. Also, relative to the center of the region, Germantown has more commuting options and is a few exits less far on 270.[/quote]

If I lived closer  I’d work in a clarksburg school versus a bethesda school. The staff out there seems closer and happier. Maybe it’s just owusu’s great leadership.[/quote]

The Clarksburg HS principal is terrific. At the  middle school where he was the previous  pricipal, he would visit students and their families at their homes. That's how engaged he is. Also note that a section of Clarksburg Village goes to Damascus HS. Not sure if that matters to you, OP.[/quote]
