Thanks, I guess I'm not sure if I'm on a secondary infertility journey still or not. I'm done with infertility treatments including DE. The RE thinks I have implantation issues and I'm not willing to go down that route with immune treatments. Also not keen on the idea of DE in general. We looked into adoption and did extensive research but not sure it's the right step for us. My son is now 5 and he seems so content being an only child. But at the same time I don't feel our family is complete at all, but I'm emotionally done with infertility treatments. We've been trying on our own now for literally 55 cycles with no luck after getting pregnant on the first try. Doesn't make any sense to me which is what makes all this so difficult.[/quote]
