I bake every so often and use at least 2-3 bags a year. Plus I use both all purpose and whole wheat so storing both in the fridge would take a lot of space. [/quote] Oh, lol. Of course not. I go through a bag of flour every few months. A bag of my semolina flour does last a long time though.[/quote]
