[/quote] I don't think so. MoCo Exec Leggett has a great relationship with Hogan and it's why it took him forever to endorse Jealous and he's not actively campaigning for him. Hogan pushed hard to get the Purple Line, which benefits mainly MoCo (and a bit of PG). Meanwhile he nixed the Red Line extension in Baltimore. That all looks pro MoCo to me.[/quote]
