"some cardio" sounds like walking ( which is not cardio). You should take before and after pics to measure success don't watch the scale its a total trap. Exercise intensely for 20-30 minutes. ( breathing heavily) use proper form ( you tube if you think there is something off w/ form) shift diet a little away from carbs and over to protein and fat. You should actually see some results in the mirror almost immediately[/quote]
