You can't say this food is infinitely better. Both are important, and both are incomplete. I know for me, that if I eat fruit (or other carby foods) for breakfast, I'm starving an hour later, and given that I work at a job where I can eat before I leave home at 7 a.m., or I can eat at my scheduled lunch break at noon, that's a recipe for disaster. The healthy thing for me is to load up on protein and fat in the a.m., and then eat my fruits and vegetables later in the day. [/quote]
