Crazy talk. You don't need to feel hungry if you don't want to and it's not a vital part of weight loss. that doesn't mean you won't feel hungry at first. We are so used to being over full, that being just right feels wrong. Volume is everything. Have high water/ fiber content and low calorie fruits and vegetables when you're hungry. Produce is your friend! Up your calories. 1200 is patently unsustainable for anyone but the eating disordered crew. You should aim for 1400-1600 and slower weight loss. It's more likely to stay off that way anyway.
DP here and I'm short and can only lose weight when aiming for around 1200 calories. Tired of taller people not realizing what difference inches make in how much a person can eat. Not everyone is 5'5" and taller.
Hello. I am the PP and I am 5ft 1 and over 45. 1200 only works if you're completely sedentary or if you're trying to lose too quickly. If you are, that's a problem that needs to be fixed. The next poster who said she walks a lot and isn't hungry as much because she can afford more calories is just like me. I move as much as I can and burn about 2200 calories on a non workout day. I eat 1500-1600 to lose and 1800-1900 to maintain. With feast days here and there.
