We're officially done with PNC - they are the worst. Thinking of switching to Capital One because I've had a 360 account there for years and it makes sense to have checking and savings at the same place. What do you all think of them?? Customer service? Fees? Do they do free ATMs?
I've had Capital One 360 for years, since it was an ING Direct account. I've had no problems. They have checking. I've had a few messed up ATM withdrawals over the years, and double charges at retailers, and they've been credited back immediately while they were being investigated. Just traveled out of the country and wanted to alert them of that. They said as long as I have a chip in my card, it will be just fine. Sometimes I used to get fraud alerts when I charged stuff out of the country. But everything was seamless. No real fees that I can see. At least not the way I use it. I have direct deposit in it. If that matters. I don't really pay much attention.
