If you follow naturopathic remedies, this isn't confusing. I know everyone has a different path, but maybe you shouldn't call other people's nutritional approaches a joke, at least not without engaging in a two second Google search. Might not be your path, but your ignorance isn't an excuse for insulting people. [/quote]

Respectfully I think the poster assumed too much knowledge. I wasn’t calling it a joke I was asking. I also prefaced it by saying I was confused. Since the above poster did not specify that these approaches followed a school of thought I was lost. I don’t think it’s on me to go googling w/o context; it’s a discussion board so I asked.
