I did endometrial scratching when I was with SGFC.  They said it was experimental and even sort of discouraged it but that was the cycle I got pregnant. I did acupuncture before and after transfer.  And I also took it easy for the subsequent 48 hours - I basically laid in bed, read books, watched Hulu, chatted with my husband and friends.  I didn't run around, I stayed home from work, I just relaxed.  Statistically, there's no evidence that bed rest makes a difference, but I do think for me it did, at least in terms of managing regret and feeling like I was doing everything I could.
