But both DH and C are not realizing the time that will be lost in the process and there is no other chance recover the grade in this subject.

No party.  Your DC has a C, which should have been addressed earlier.  As the C wasn't addressed esrlier, now it's crunch time.  DH and DC need to step up and prioritize.  [/quote]
