[/quote] This. but I don't always think that correlates to what the best time for your body is. I workout in the morning around 5:30am because that time worse best for my schedule and it's a time when i have less excuses and am more likely to actually make it to the gym. however, if I had all the time in the world and didn't have a job my ideal time would be more like 9am. When I lift on the weekends my body is more warmed up, I've had some coffee and, thus, I have better lifts/feel stronger. I obviously can't do this every day though so second best option is when I can actually make it to the gym [/quote]
