[Our IB is Bunkerhill, so I am more slightly aware of its history than the other schools listed. From neighbors & school community members there has been talk of a "good principal" or two at Bunkerhill "years ago" followed by a series of "not great" to "horrible principals" contributing to its past decline.  It seems to be recovering, improving on a few levels (one of which is test score going up this year with the same student body) & growing is size and amenities (new school garden coming for example) with the current Principal & Staff.]    I want to be encouraged that she has experience working in DC & NYC but it depends on how effective she was in those posts.
