I have really evaluated what I've been doing to make sure I wasn't missing anything that could be resulting in my tighter fitting jeans, other than the fact that I added barre into my workout. I can absolutely tell you that what I am experiencing is because of barre, and only barre. I've read up on it, and we are not at all alone in this "phenomenon". So much so that there are quite a few articles/blog posts about this exact thing. I do Bar Method, and found this on their website.
