How do you want the instructional superintendent to act on your complaint if they can't share it with the principal? And why do you care if it is confidential? If it is a fact-based complaint you should have nothing to worry about. [/quote]

There are no guarantees. If you personally witnessed and can document specific incidents, you have to report it. If what you are concerned about is second, third-hand stories, or information that could easily be refuted or explained away, I would not. [/quote]
