How do you want the instructional superintendent to act on your complaint if they can't share it with the principal? And why do you care if it is confidential? If it is a fact-based complaint you should have nothing to worry about.
If they share and act on it I am less worried, but sharing and doing nothing is my main concern. Then the principal will be even worse.

It was good to get things out in the open that were ignored from request by the PTA.
Was this somethign that the Super was able to resolve, or DCPS generally. We are dealing with a principal who is a bully.
