I think that means it was sent to the base HS for approval.  Unfortunately, we accidentally put the current base school (MS) instead of the base HS, so I'm hoping it will actually get to the correct place for approval since it doesn't allow you to fix that issue online.[/quote]

just a general question but if my rising 9th grader wants to apply for a transfer to an AP school (currently slated for an IB school), will the counselor look at his current 8th grade transcripts, etc to determine eligibility or is pretty much every request honored.  He did not take many honors classes in 8th grade and grades are so-so.[/quote]

It just depends upon whether there is space at the AP school and whether your son commits to taking the minimum number of honors and AP classes in high school.  They don't screen based on past grades. [/quote]
