I will never use the discount rentals again unless they are the only ones to have cars.  I've been burned at least a couple of times by each and won't put up with their poor customer service.[/quote]

We just switched from Budget (I know, I know) to Enterprise and they are SO NICE!!!  What a difference to have friendly customer service representatives![/quote]
