I just reactived my membership but need to do a swing through the Drs office before really starting (having a side issue that impacts exercise). I have always had success on it so I hope I can do it again. I do struggle with meal planning and my husband is the cook, so sometimes that is hard, but their guidelines are good. Are you planning on going to in person meetings? I find those really helpful.
I'm not planning on going to meetings right away but maybe it's something I'll think about in the future. Meal planning is tough for me too. I'm the cook but have a 4 and 2 year old that definitely don't need reduced fat or fat free anything. This week I'm going to make Spinach blue cheese pasta (Tuesday before my official day) Tortilla pizza for me, homemade dough for my boys Crustless quiche with fruit, salad and potatoes Black bean soup in the crockpot Spaghetti for my boys and spaghetti squash for me Vegetable fajitas Coconut curry lentils
