Whats the worst piece of dieting/fitness advice you have ever received? I had a a trainer in the mid 90s during the low fat crave continuously recommend things like snack wells and crystal light! I also find the "trick" of brushing your teeth after dinner worthless. I have no issue eating after I brush my teeth/ spit out my gum/ finish my mint. LOL
Are you trying to bring out the body dysmorphic/eating disordered trolls? This is a great way to do this. If you really want people not to be duped by unhealthy potentially dangerous habits, don't ask them to describe them.
The advice is bad because it didn't work. Eating disorders are an entirely different thing than fad dieting.
Not really. Giuliana Rancic Published her dieting "tips" online. When it was pointed out they supported eating disorders, it was taken down and replaced with "healthy" meals she supposedly eats. She blames being skinny on cancer drugs. She's been in remission for over 5 years. Yes, there's a disease at play. It's not cancer though.
