Are you trying to bring out the body dysmorphic/eating disordered trolls? This is a great way to do this.
If you really want people not to be duped by unhealthy potentially dangerous habits, don't ask them to describe them.
The advice is bad because it didn't work. Eating disorders are an entirely different thing than fad dieting.
