Actually, your post is the definition of mean-spirited.  As for "complaining and agitating", I don't understand the comment at all.  I have a child in the English Academy and I  don't have a clue what you are talking about.  Also I don't know what you mean by fifth grade parents did not apply for magnets because they wanted their children to go to Westland and now the deadline has passed.  Who says they can't go to Westland?[/quote]
