[/quote] Not sure what you wanted--costs to add more floors in a high rise increase exponentionally once you get above 6 floors, so expanding H-B would have cost tens of millions more if you moved it to Rosslyn or if you kept it at the Stratford building (and expanded that building while also renovating the Wilson building for a middle school). What's your solution?[/quote]
