My colleague who is with Shady Grove too pushed for a no needle protocol and she ended up having estradial valerate (insert vaginally twice a day, covered by insurance) instead of Delestrogen. I wish I had known early! She had her blood work and the lining was fine. She had to do the six PIO shots too but after the transfer, crinone 8% plus PIO every third day (and the estradiol insert vaginally twice a day).
