I did cycle with CCRM in CO and didn't have those issues with doctor or nurse (who were both great and responsive), but their business office is truly abysmal (like does not even attempt to respond to emails half the time, lots of roadblocks, lots of delays, no accountability for solving problems, etc). Definitely room for improvement there. [/quote]
