We go to G-town for neurology b/c we had a bad experience at Children's. I hate Children's. How old is your son? I have found dev peds to be not all that helpful. They just monitor and can write prescriptiosn for therapies. But if under 4, I can see why you want to start there. What time of seizures? My son has BRE. He has motor planning/fine motor/speech issues and ADHD. They all go along together. Medication helped my son's speech. Our biggest struggles have been with behavior. If you can find a neurologist that will be more comprehensive, LET ME KNOW.
My son is exactly four, so we're still trying to figure everything out. His seizures were diagnosed as partial complex seizures. But they only occur waking up from a hard sleep after first going to sleep or napping.
