Great experiences with ENT, and neurology/sleep at Gtown (although the doctor we saw for this is no longer there).
Everyone I know who has used a geneticist has loved Dr. Rosenbaum at Children's.
In theory, you'd think that having specialists at multiple hospitals would be a pain, but in reality, I found it easier to get Dr. Milmoe (fantastic ENT at Gtown) to talk to GI at Children's than it was to get Children's ENT to do so.

They just monitor and can write prescriptiosn for therapies. But if under 4, I can see why you want to start there.
What time of seizures? My son has BRE. He has motor planning/fine motor/speech issues and ADHD. They all go along together. Medication helped my son's speech. Our biggest struggles have been with behavior. If you can find a neurologist that will be more comprehensive, LET ME KNOW.
Who do you see at Georgetown?

My son is exactly four, so we're still trying to figure everything out. His seizures were diagnosed as partial complex seizures. But they only occur waking up from a hard sleep after first going to sleep or napping.
