Definitely NOT.

That's not the norm for NBMS families, unless the family is here with international affiliations already & are usually going back home / visiting family abroad.

Most kids from NBMS are usually at Wildwood or Old Georgetown pools all summer, with the exception of a week or two here & there spent at the beaches of Bethany, Rehobeth, Ocean City, etc or like the PP said, Nantucket, Myrtle Beach, etc.

The families from NBNS seem to be more down to earth, less showy & not extravagant / flashy with their spending.
I don't see much keeping up with the Jones's from parents &   while they may live in Bethesda & are usually UMC, not many can just call out of work for the entire summer to travel around Europe with their entire family, unless part of that travel is work related. [/quote]
