This is my feeling about Chicos, too.  Most pieces are a disaster on me -- frumpy because the cut is all wrong.  But sometimes I find a cute thing or two.  So it' always worth a browse.

Meanwhile, I tend to have good luck at Ann Taylor Loft, although I was not a fan last time I stopped by (a few weeks ago).  May have been in between seasons?[/quote]
