[/quote] I think this depends on if you are audit tax or advisory. Our tax staff has a decent amount of flexibility even at the associate level (work from home and part time). We also hired good number of seasonals for compliance season, many of which are full time staff opting for a part time option. I'm with a big 4 in the tax group. [/quote]
