Sure, burglaries are terrible as well, but they happen in the fanciest neighborhoods because criminals will travel there occasionally for lucrative targets, but no one would call those affluent neighborhoods unsafe for that reason. It's street crime - muggings, drug dealing, gangs - that make a neighborhood unsafe.[/quote]
