I stayed for six years because of the perks. WFH whenever you want, 7% 401K match, unlimited sick and vacation. It's a fantastic place if you can come in at VP or above especially. The middle layers are a little less perfect but it's a great job. I'd go back given the chance / right role, but it would have to be senior enough. Ballpark pay Associate levels < $100K Manager $100-$115K plus $10-20 bonus Sr manager $130-$170 plus $30-$60 bonus Director $160-$220 plus $50-$100 bonus (part stock) Sr Director $200-$260 plus $100-$200 bonus (balance shifts to stock). VP whatever you negotiate but $250-$300 base plus $200 - $300 bonus. Don't know higher than that.
Interesting...I work at a previous bank and our comp structure is totally different. All customer facing roles. At the VP and SVP levels the max salary is $200k and the rest is bonus. VP is 1-3x and SVP is 2-5. I believe EVP is base $350 and bonus is much h higher. I have no clue on tech or back office/HQ salaries. Benefits are similar - remote work for everyone, basically unlimited vacation, etc.
