Sr manager $130-$170 plus $30-$60 bonus
Director $160-$220 plus $50-$100 bonus (part stock)
Sr Director $200-$260 plus $100-$200 bonus (balance shifts to stock).
VP whatever you negotiate but $250-$300 base plus $200 - $300 bonus.
Don't know higher than that.
