Definitely do the incline (will be a quick part of a day), and two other museum recs are the Children's Museum and Heinz History Center. There are also some options for the rivers -- the Gateway Clipper fleet out of Station Square does boat tours, and I think there is still the Ducky land/water tours, too.

While you're there, in addition to checking out the Strip District's food samplings, stop by a Primanti Bros for the traditional sandwich with fries and coleslaw on top :)
