So they should instead live the remaining balance of their lives unfulfilled? They should put someone else's needs above their own when it comes to that kind of fulfillment? Sorry, no. That's insane. And incredibly selfish of their partner for expecting them to do so.
No, it's incredibly selfish to marry and create kids and then decide you want to be sexual outside of your marriage. If you and your spouse discuss it BEFORE marriage and agree to have an open marriage, that's fine. But if you do not do so, you cannot expect your spouse to give you permission to commit adultery. If you want to have sex with other people and you are married, you are giving your spouse a shit sandwich ultimatum: left me cheat or I am abandoning you. Sorry, it doesn't work that way. Ask your spouse for a divorce so you can pursue your fulfilling sex life, so that they may have an opportunity to find a person to have a committed and authentic relationship with. Some people don't want to be exposed to the diseases and issues that people who sleep around invariably bring home. Hey, Mr. Married Man who would jump for joy for a threesome: what if your sexy new 3some partner was into swinging, or had sexual relationships with bi men who have sexual contact with gay men? Are you jumping with joy for HIV, herpes, genital warts?
