I'm the pp who pretty much had two natural mcs. The 6 week one is a really heavy period for 2 days. Bad cramps and on and off spotting for another week. The 10 week one was really really painful. Moan and welp painful for 4 hrs in the middle of the night for me with thick clots. And when I passed the actual tissue it was about an hour is serious but not nearly as bad pain. And low grade cramps for 3 days before that. I think at that stage your cervix has to dialate a lot to pass it all and that's what hurts. Childbirth hurts more but this was worse than the worst period I've ever had and I want sure when it would end.   I've had very painful periods most of my life). [/quote]
