I wouldn't hold my breath [/quote] I should say, when I broached the topic of a review and promotion I shared that I was at the point in my career where I was thinking long term and I wanted to make sure I had a path there. I didn't flat out say I was looking g for another job, but I said I was exploring. We don't have a set review period, it is all employee driven.[/quote]
