My mother decided a week before the wedding to order flowers from a local part-time florist she found on facebook.  DHs best friend got ordained so he could be our officiant.  2 days before the event, we went to the grocery store and purchased all the booze so the beer would have time to chill.  My sisters went to the store the day before and bought decorations - candles and whatnot.

Easy breezy, no fuss no muss, and our closest friends and family were there which is all we wanted.[/quote]
