hard to find.  We were house hunting last year in Vienna and for $900k -- you get very little.  If you can find something that has an actual 2 car garage and updated bathrooms in that price point, you should jump on it.  We were opposed to IB, so we were looking only in Madison zone (not that there's anything wrong with IB/Marshall).  The ones in the $750 range had closed off kitchens.  There was one backing to Flint Hill school that had three baths up, but they were all "original" 1960s baths with 1 in pastel tiles and it sold for $900+ (it had a huge back yard).  Another over near the east on Onondio sold for almost $900 with open kitchen, but a 2 car carport and a tiny master bath and one other bath upstairs.

You are looking for something that is very hard to find in Vienna -- 3 baths up.  I think there was something like that over off of upper lawyers, but it had a very weird layout.  That's usually the trade off... very odd additions if you can find 3 baths up.[/quote]
