The second medicine helps it work longer / better. You can honestly get all your answers questioned on Dr. Anchors' website: http://phenpro.com/ I had no issues with withdrawal or anything, and when I asked my mom and aunt, neither did they. But it's obviously different for everyone. In our cases, none of us had any issues. I also don't understand why the Prozac part scares you. If anything, more people are afraid of phentermine.
